The Phase II Programme on: ‘Improved Capacity in Rainwater Management for Sustainable Development’ is a continuation of Phase I entitled ‘A Network for Green water harvesting in Eastern and Southern Africa and South Asia’ jointly implemented by the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) headquartered in Nairobi-Kenya in partnership with the Centre for Science and Environment based in India.
